Our app will show a little tab on the right side of the screen and when the visitor clicks on it, it will display a question and three possible options (which you can customize at the admin dashboard).
The visitor will submit his answer by simply clicking one of the three options, and then, depends on the option he chose, he will get a message that will be submitted to the database and will be available for you at the admin dashboard.
Also, our app will track the user's flow in your store, so you will be able to know what pages are better than others, and what pages you should fix.
