What's KongFu Notify?
KongFu Notify is an App that can notify merchant and customer about latest order status on multiple messaging platforms, including Email, WeChat, SMS, Slack. Merchant can customize the rule of notification, that can filter order message to focus on important order.

How to get the order status notification
Add users and contacts, select primary contact of the user.
Add an order event and select who needs to be notified.
When the order status changes, the notification can be received.
When the customer needs to be notified about the order status, only enable the customer notification in event.
When rules need to be added, add the rule and select it in event.
How to connect the WeChat
When adding user contact, select WeChat.
Click connect button, scan the QR and follow the official account to receive notifications.
Click check button to confirm the connect is successful.
How to connect the Slack
When adding user contact and click connect button, select Slack. Or Click connect button in setting.
Install the KungFu Notify App on Slack.
Click check button to confirm the connect is successful.
Select the channel that receive notification.
