Sell in AUD
Sell products and maintain listing details that are fully compliant with Australian * Consumer and Product Safety Laws
Have possession of stock and/or ownership of goods, we do not allow for sellers to utilise third party dropshippers for product sales and fulfilment in an effort to minimise the risk to customers
Deliver products Australia-wide with a maximum delivery time frame of 15 days and without having to provide a freight quote (some exceptions made for bulky items)
Have the ability to respond to customer service enquiries within 48 hours and resolve warranty claims or fulfilment issues within 10 business days.
