OnVoard's survey tool allows you to segment customers based on their satisfaction scores before sending review requests to users who are likely to recommend.
2) Fetch Data for Social Proofs
You can fetch the following data from Shopify and use it as social proofs.

OnVoard supports 2 approaches for you to add social proofs to your store. Both approaches can be used in our free plan.

OnVoard doesn't support product reviews yet. Our current focus is to help you get reviews from third-party sites like Facebook, Google, and TrustPilot.
Social proof stats fetched from external platforms like Shopify can't be modified. In other words, no fake social proof notifications.
