What is this app all about?
Delivery Date picker is perfect for stores which allow their customers to schedule the delivery for their orders. Since customers can select the delivery date themselves, it will help you in planning your deliveries accordingly.
How it works?
Simply add a snippet in your cart page and the app will start working. The customers will be presented with a date-picker at the time of placing the order. The selected delivery date will be captured and displayed in the App Order list.

The app comes with loads of features. Here are they
Mandatory Date Selection
This ensures that customers cannot checkout unless they select a valid date. This setting
can be turned On or Off
Select Holidays / Blackout days
This option enables you to configure delivery dates as per your schedule. Merchants can mark specific days as holidays and customers wont be able to select them for delivery.
Select Cut-Off time
If customers orders after the cut off time, he cannot select current day for delivery. The cut off time can be configured from the panel.
Filter the orders based on delivery dates.
Merchants can filter the orders by delivery date in the app back-end. This gives you a birds eye view of the upcoming deliveries.
Delivery Lead Time / Preparation Time
If the delivery lead time is 2, then the order placed on 1st will not be available for shipping before 3rd. The delivery lead time will be calculated from the working days.
Lets take an example - Assuming weekends are off and order is placed on Friday, then the delivery lead time will calculate from Monday and customer can only select a date on or after Tuesday.
