Quik provides insurance that your consumer buys, for any lost, stolen, or damaged item that they order from your store.
Quik increases conversion, assuring your customers that no matter what happens to their shipment if they choose to include Quik in their check out with ONE easy click, they will be covered.
Your business does not have to worry about refunds and orders that get lost, damaged, or stolen when they are covered with Quik.
What is Quik?
Quik is a free install, plug-in app. Simply click add to your store and you're done!
No coding is required. We made Quik to provide a way for customers to be worry-free about each order they place.
As part as checking out, customers can simply check Quik to secure and insure their order in one click.
After a customer places their order, they will receive an email that will confirm their protection and show them how to file a claim if something goes wrong.
If for whatever reason the order does not reach the customer, your product gets damaged before arriving at the customer or gets stolen from their porch, the customer can claim a refund from Quik. The Merchant ( store owner ) does not have to do anything and it is all handled by us!

How does Quik decide how much to charge customers?
We base this price on a number of things, 99% of stores will be 1% of the checkout price. We also know that you as a store owner know your customers better than anyone. We have added unique feature in your dashboard that allow you to decide how much you charge the customer for Quik. As long as the price is over 1% of the cart order, you will receive all 100% of the cost over that minimum price, making you another line of revenue with Quik doing the work!
Can I un-install at anytime?
You can simple click delete at anytime and we will be gone, but we really hope you dont:)
How long does it take for you to refund my customer?
We process all claims with-in 2-5 days, and answer all emails with-in 12-24 hours. We want to make this an easy process for your customer, where we will either refund them, or pay for the re-order of the same product that was lost, damaged, or stolen.
