WoiceSearch makes it faster and easier than ever to search your store's catalog. It allows your customers to use their voice into searching text.
Have you ever stopped to think about how a customer looks for products in your store? Whether or not you have, it's easy to think that we never use written text for immediate needs and there's a very simple reason for that: why it takes time and energy!
WoiceSearch allows your customers to return to the simplicity of finding your products by talking.
How can I put it in my store?
Simplicity is what primarily defines WoiceSearch. We want it to be as comfortable as possible for our users. Simply install it in your shop like any other app on the marketplace and once installed, we'll take care of the rest. The app will automatically be registered in our system and will provide access to our service in the cloud of transcriptions and searches.
How do my customers see it?
As you can see in the screenshots of this page, your customers will see a small circle with a microphone, when they click on the icon. The speech recognition will be activated, once transcribed what the customer wants to search, the app will automatically perform the search using the search engine of your store.
What platforms does it work on?
All major browsers (Windows, Linux, MacOs).
Apple IOS 10 or higher.
Android 7.0 or higher.
What languages do you support and how do you detect my customer's language?
When a visitor enters your store and WoiceSearch is activated for that person, the app automatically detects that person's browser language, adapting both our cloud service and the app instance. Our service supports more than 100 languages. If the language is not detected within these 100, by default English will be activated as the language. In a continuous development of our services, we are adding better understanding to all these languages.
Is it possible to customize the experience beyond the options offered in the admin app?
If you need a higher degree of customization or have a large volume of traffic, please contact us and we will offer you a custom solution.

With the basic plan, we offer support only via email. With the Advance plan, we offer a personalized service by one of our support people.
