API Authorization tokens are stored to run the process every 5 mins.
For Zoho CRM, needs Zoho Professional, Enterprise, CRM Plus or Zoho One edition. Zoho CRM Free version is not supported.
For Salesforce CRM, Enterprise, Performance or Unlimited edition are supported. Contact, Group or Professional Salesforce editions don't have API access enabled and hence are not supported.
