The features below are completely free and you don't need to be on a paid Shopify plan to use them.
Order Notifications
EZ Notify will send order notifications to the Slack channel of your choosing. Simply register the order event you want to show up in your Slack workspace and start getting notifications right in Slack!
Have multiple stores? No problem, install EZ Notify on each store and you can configure it to send notifications to the same Slack workspace!
You can select from the following order events:
Created
Updated
Paid
Canceled
Deleted
Partially Fulfilled
Fulfilled
Each event can be configured to be sent to your chosen Slack channel.
Use slash commands to retrieve data from your Shopify store on demand, without leaving Slack!
With slash commands, you can instantly query live data from your Shopify store directly in Slack. Could come very handy especially for your customer support team.
A few use cases:
Get the latest status of an order.
Get tracking numbers and URLs for an order.
Get the current stock level of a product variant.
Get a quick summary of important customer information such as their contact info, location, tags, the last order made, total amount spent, and total number of orders.

Customer Notifications
You can select from the following customer events:
Created
Updated
Enabled (activates account)
Disabled (deactivates account)
Deleted
Customize the Slack Message
Select which fields to include in the Slack notifications. There are over 50 order fields to choose from (such as tracking information, line item properties, cart attributes, discount codes, tags, UTM parameters, etc.).
Rules Engine
Configure up to 10 rules based on the content of the order or customer event data. Our rules engine helps you filter the events you care about and send them to specific Slack channels.
Examples:
If a new order is created and the order total is over $1,000, send a notification to the Slack channel #needs_review and a direct message to @jdoe.
If an order is fulfilled and contains a line item with SKU 221389 or SKU 332831, send a notification to the #special_orders channel.
If the order source is the POS, send to #pos_orders.
