* There are a ton of features that accompany the service from Tracking, to order management on one easy to use interface, to BOL generation and printing. We don’t do just part of it; we do all of it for you.
* Oh and if in the event there are claims we will manage that with the carrier.
Main Features:
Import all of your Shopify orders: Bulk import and bulk book all of your orders from your Shopify store into one easy to manage portal.
Quote, Book Manage off our Pre-Negotiated Carrier Rates: We do over 1.5 million shipments a year on our accounts. This gives us rate buying power unlike no other. We pass those rates on to you to put margin back into your business.
Levels of Service Unlike Any Other App: Within the portal you can book shipments from any level of service from Parcel to LTL, to five different levels of white-glove service all on our account at our pricing.
Print Labels and BOL’s: Automatically print your shipping labels and BOL’s. You also have the ability to put special comments within the BOL that is auto generated.
One Tracking Number: Quite often during the LTL shipping process there may be multiple tracking numbers assigned through the process. Freight Club generates one tracking number for the entire process.
Auto Freight Class Calculator: Freight class is important but do you know what it means or how to determine it? It doesn’t matter. Our rate calculator automatically generates the class taking away the potential for costly re-bills if an incorrect class was entered.
Order Management: All quotes are stored, so you don’t have to go back and re-quote a shipment. We also have the ability to upload all of your SKU information so you don’t have to enter product details every time you want to ship something.
Multiple Warehousing: If you are shipping from various locations you can input those pick-up locations so you don’t have to enter them every time you want to ship. “All ship to” is automatically pulled from Shopify again saving you time and potential of mistakes.
Claims: Of course we can’t guarantee a damage free world, however, can help you with the claims process. We manage the claims process with the carriers. This saves you time and gives you a more likelihood of winning the claim as we have power with carriers.
