On the sale of each Gift card. MEMKEN is transparent to payment. Once the customers purchase a Gift card, the merchant gets paid directly through their existing payment providers. All the transaction records will then be stored and encrypted on the Blockchain as an immutable and anonymous ledger.

Managing the Gift Card ledger on the Blockchain
The ledger of the Gift card value, transaction records, and purchasing behaviors are stored and encrypted on the Blockchain anonymously. The redemption of the Gift card by the customer is auto-verified on the Blockchain to assure they have enough card value. Merchant also has the final right to cancel or freeze the unverified user's account by our pre-defined smart contract.
Access Management: Fit for Blockchain experts or non-experts
Your end customers are transparent to the Blockchain. Purchasing or redemption of the Gift card operates in the same way as traditional Gift cards in e-shops.
Merchants of non-blockchain experts simply authorize Memken to handle the “Private Key” on behalf of blockchain interaction. Access management will operate the same as a normal login with a user name and password.
Merchants of blockchain experts will always have the right to re-generate a new Private Key and manage the data by themselves any time in the future. Your critical data is stored on immutable blockchain anonymously and retrievable for any platform.
