So what is this?
Statusy is a custom status app that allows you to create custom statuses for your orders. You have the option to have automated notifications for your status as well. So when you update your orders custom status, it automatically alerts your customer and keeps them up to date with where their order is in your queue. This cuts down your emails and calls from your customers asking for the status of their order.
Statusy also is free to install.
Statusy is about simplicity. Keep your customers up to date, without having to change your current process.
